Our Community - Belle View Condominium

Belle View Condominium is located just south of Old Town Alexandria nestled between the George Washington Memorial Parkway and Richmond Highway. The community is comprised of 980 units spread over 56 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. It is adjacent to the Belle View Shopping Center, Martha Washington Library, Mount Vernon Recreation Center, nearby schools and the Huntington Metro station is only a short bus ride away.

Built to last in the late 1940s and early 50s, Belle View Condominium features solid plaster walls, hardwood parquet floors, and plenty of sunlight from at least two, and in many units, three exposures. Strategically situated over the acreage, these one- two- and three-bedroom apartment homes and townhomes offer various views of the community’s magnificent grounds, including the pools, tennis courts, and Town Center.

Since converting to condominiums in 1981, the units are equipped with central air conditioning and exterior heat pumps- hidden from view by carefully landscaped shrubbery. Inside, each home is unique, reflecting the individual style of its owner.

Community activities include spring and fall community yard sales, the annual tree lighting celebration, adult and family pool parties and neighborhood watch events for the children of the community.
