N.N. Jaeschke, Inc. Names Ned Heiskell Executive Vice President

San Diego, CA October 6, 2011 – N.N. Jaeschke, Inc. (NNJ), an Associa company, announces the addition of Ned Heiskell, PCAM, CCAM, to their Executive Team as Vice President.

In his position as Executive Vice President of Community Management, Heiskell will be responsible for the operations and oversight of the Community Management team. He will also lead the senior management team as well as serve clients and homeowners.

“We are pleased to have Ned on our leadership team,” stated Eleanor Hugus, Chief Executive Officer of NNJ. “He has strong leadership skills and a proven track record to support our clients and the management team.”

Heiskell earned his Bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and began his career in 1987 as an Assistant Community Association Manager in Washington, DC. He was soon promoted to full Community Association Manager. Since 1991, Heiskell has worked in the community association field in San Diego, in executive positions. Heiskell gained additional development experience when he worked for two developers over a period of four years.

Heiskell also brings extensive leadership and organizational expertise to his position. He is an active member of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) and the Community Associations Institute (CAI). He has earned several professional designations, including the national designation of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) from CAI, and the designation of Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) from the statewide organization the California Association of Community Managers (CACM).
