Lee′s Hill Community Assoc has recreational opportunities including a pool. These amenities are open to owners and their guests. If you would like to review rules and regulations related to these amenities, please refer to Policies and Procedures under Association Government.



Community Centers/Pools
The South Community Center and Pool are located at 9901 Old Dominion Parkway. The South Community Center has two rooms available for rent by Lee′s Hill residents.

The North Community Center and Pool are located at 4300 Essex Court. The North Community Center has one room available for rent by Lee's Hill residents. For community center rate/reservation information please contact the on-site office at (540) 891-0582.

Residents must have a Lee′s Hill Photo I.D. card to use the pools. Information on obtaining pool passes is mailed to all residents around March of each year.

Both pools may be rented after hours. Please contact the on-site office at (540) 891-0582 for more information, including rates and availability.

Playgrounds
The Lee′s Hill Community is home to eight (8) playground areas. For location information, contact the on-site office.

Tennis Courts
There are two double courts in Lee′s Hill. Courts are located at the North and South Community Centers. Courts are locked and residents must obtain a key from the on-site office, during regular business hours. One key will be issued to each household (upon signing the key log and verification that assessments are current) and will be kept by the resident. There is a $10.00 fee for replacement keys.

Basketball Court
There is one basketball court lcoated at the North Community Center.

Picnic Area with Pavilion
There is a Picnic Area with a Pavilion located behind the south tennis courts. This are contains picnic tables and a grill. This area is free for residents to use on a first come, first served basis. The picnic area also contains a bocce ball court and a tetherball court. This area was constructed by a Lee′s Hill resident as an Eagle Scout Project.

Volleyball Court
The volleyball court is located behind the tennis courts at the North Community Center.

Soccer/Recreational Field
There is a large soccer/recreational field located on the North Side of the Community. The field is located on North Hampton Lane and can be used by residents on a first come, first served basis.

Walking Trails
There are three separate walking trails in Lee′s Hill. Two of them connect to Old Dominion Parkway on the South Side of the Community. The other connects from Colechester Street on the South Side to Campbell Drive on the North Side. For a map of the walking trails, contact the on-site office.
